Returns
To manage a return, you can do so within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, requesting it by sending an email to devoluciones@givemefit.com providing your personal details, the item to be returned and the order number, so that our customer service team can help you proceed with the return as quickly as possible.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return is the responsibility of Givemefit, due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong product being sent. In this case, the collection of the product within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal and France will be managed and the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method used. Otherwise, at the time of the refund, the associated costs will be calculated and deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
For a return to be effective, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and not have been assembled or used previously. Incomplete products, products in poor condition or with signs of having been used will not be accepted.
RETURN REASONS:
- You are not satisfied with the product you ordered. You can return it to our warehouse using the courier company of your choice. In this case, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.
- Product that is defective from the factory or that does not correspond to the order placed by mistake. If the product received has any defect or damage or does not correspond to the items in the order placed, Givemefit will assume the shipping costs corresponding to the return of the product and will proceed to send the product correctly and free of charge again or to make a full refund of the amount of the order.
Once the return has been made, regardless of the reason for it, the product will be reviewed and checked in our warehouses to verify that it complies with the return conditions set out above. If it does, we will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. If any item is missing, it will be deducted from the total amount to be returned. Please note that refunds, whether full or partial, may be processed within a period of up to 30 days from the date of the refund request.
