In these Terms and Conditions of sale, "GiveMeFit", "we" and "us" mean "Wofitness, SL" and "You" means you the customer.

1.1. In order to place an order you must be 18 years old and have the capacity to contract.

1.3. Once your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation by email which will also include the order number. The order confirmation will be effective from its shipment. If we cannot process your order due to any incident, we will contact you by email or telephone.

1.4. To place an order on GiveMeFit, an internet access is required to connect to www.givemefit.com. It is necessary to register as a user by filling out the electronic form, before starting the purchase process. Once registered, you can continue with the purchase process of the product or products added to the basket or browse the web to add new products to it.

1.5. Once registered and having all the required products in the basket, the purchase continues reaching the screen for selecting Payment Methods, Shipping Methods and Modification (if required) of the billing and/or shipping information. The accepted Payment Methods and their conditions are as specified on the Payment Methods page. 1.6. Once the purchase is made and as quickly as possible, within reason, GiveMeFit will send customers an email with the order receipt that will contain the summary of the purchase, as well as payment information, if applicable, and shipping and billing information.


2.1. We will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation, in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale.

2.2. Order reception hours are twenty-four (24) hours, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, although orders placed after fifteen (12) hours will not be processed, leaving for the next business day in the city. from Madrid. Orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing the following Monday or first business day.


3.1. The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT and will be the one indicated in your order and/or invoice.

3.2. VAT at the applicable rate indicated on your invoice will be your responsibility.

4.2. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. We only accept payments in Euros.

4.3. If you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card details at the time of placing your order. 4.4. If you pay by transfer/deposit into account, the information necessary to make the payment will be sent to you by email. 4.5. If you pay by financing, your order will not be held or shipped until confirmation of financing is received from us. If you do not receive said confirmation within four (4) business days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled.


5.1. We will send your order to the shipping address that appears on your order request.

5.2. We will send your order within the delivery period that appears on our website on the date of issue of your order confirmation. If you have requested several products in the same order, we can deliver them on different dates. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by sending an email to pedidos@givemefit.com indicating your order number.

5.3. At the time of delivery of your order to our carrier, we will send confirmation of shipment to the email address that you have provided when placing the order. In the shipping confirmation we will indicate the tracking number corresponding to your shipment so that you can track it through our carrier's website, depending on the shipping method you have selected.


6.1. If you are not satisfied with any of the products in your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return within the first 30 days. Said period may be extended from time to time according to special temporary promotions, which will be conveniently communicated by the usual means.

6.2. In order to be able to exercise the option to return an order/product or cancel a service contract with which you are not satisfied, you must enter the returns and post-sale page by selecting one of the 3 available options or by sending an email to pedidos@givemefit.com, attaching the invoice number and the order number, and including your contact information, so that we can provide you with a return number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the order/product. You must return the ordered products in perfect condition, with all the documentation (installation manual, cables...) and without damage.

6.3. If the consumer wishes to withdraw from the order, it is necessary that they notify us through an unequivocal statement by any means admitted by law (e-mail, postal mail, telephone, etc.).

The term for the exercise of this right is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of provision of services, without penalties for its exercise;

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will send you the instructions and the costs will be deducted from the refund of the amount of the order, in case you use our logistics service, the consumer will be refunded the total amount paid for the order, including the shipping costs of the first shipment.

6.4. Without affecting the right of withdrawal of consumers or the responsibility of the guarantee for defective products, GiveMeFit's civil liability for the products supplied would be limited to the amount of the same.

6.8. When the product is defective from origin, you must send an email to pedidos@givemefit.com with the invoice number and explaining the product failure. We will send you an email indicating how to send the defective product to GiveMeFit or we will open an incident with the manufacturer. Once the defective product has been received and verified, we will send you another one in exchange at no additional cost. In this case, the change will be made for the same article or reference. GiveMeFit will be responsible for the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.

6.9. When the product, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered, GiveMeFit will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the order placed.

6.10. In case of return, the refund of the amounts paid will be made through the means of payment that you used in the purchase.

6.11. GiveMeFit will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the product subject to the return or exchange has not been verified in our warehouse. The amount to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, including the shipping costs of the first shipment.

6.12. If, upon receiving the package, you notice that the box has arrived defective or you believe that it may have been tampered with, you should not accept the package, and you should contact us immediately. 7.1. All the products that you can buy at www.givemefit.com have a legal guarantee of two (2) years from delivery. For companies and freelancers, this guarantee is one (1) year.

7.2. Reconditioned products (second hand) duly identified on the web as such, have a one (1) year warranty from the time of delivery. This includes "As New" products, which also correspond to reconditioned products with previous use.

7.3. In the case of a defective product, GiveMeFit must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for you, the consumer and user. GiveMeFit is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two (2) years from delivery to the user or consumer. You, the consumer and user, must inform GiveMeFit of the lack of conformity within two (2) months of becoming aware of it.

7.4. If after reviewing the product, no defect is detected or the problem is not covered by the guarantee, GiveMeFit may claim the amount of the shipping costs of the processing, both outbound and return.
