Shipments and delivery times

At Givemefit we work every day to carefully select all our partners and thus be able to guarantee a good shopping experience and the best quality in products and customer service. For this reason, we have partnered with DHL, one of the leading shipping companies in Europe, to execute our entire material and equipment delivery and tracking process safely, quickly and efficiently.

The delivery times of our products are calculated from the moment of payment of the order. At that time, our team will prepare each of the packages personally and carefully in the following hours, so that later the DHL carrier team can carry out their work correctly. The entire process until delivery usually lasts between 24 and 48 hours, however in some locations it can take up to 72 hours.

The shipping costs are calculated together with our collaborator DHL, to establish a weight-volume relationship for each item, favoring precision in the calculation of the amounts to meet the particularities of each product and always guarantee the best possible price for shipment.

Orders for several items, in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery, may be received in different shipments.

All purchases made through our website are confirmed via email by the brand and verified by our collaborator DHL at the time of collection at our warehouses to provide the customer with the status, situation and location of their order. In addition, to facilitate the traceability of our shipments, you can check the status of the same in the customer area enabled on this website. If at the time of delivery the customer is not at home, the carrier will leave a notice and contact the customer to arrange a new delivery date in the territories of Spain and Portugal. For the rest of the countries of the European Union, a delivery attempt will be made at the address provided by the client, in case of absence, the package will be taken to the nearest service point.

If, prior to delivery, the customer wishes to change the delivery address, they must request it following the instructions provided in the order tracking email and will be exempt from extra cost as long as it is the same postal code.

When the carrier delivers the order, please check that:

-The number of packages matches the order placed. If this is not the case, it must be stated on the delivery note before signing the delivery to the carrier.

- The packaging shows no signs of deformation or blows. At any indication, indicate on the delivery note the signs that the packages present and inform us.

By default, the delivery conditions and freight calculation for our bulkier and heavier products cover delivery at street level. *Condition applicable to products from 30 kg and/or with measures greater than 2 meters in length and/or width. The door-to-door service for this type of item, as well as the technical installation of equipment or specific material, requires a custom assessment that you can request by sending us an email to info@givemefit.com The installation work period and technical support service Taking into account the particularities previously exposed, it varies from 2 to 7 business days.
