Shipping and delivery times

At Givemefit we work every day to carefully select all our partners in order to guarantee a good shopping experience and the best quality in products and customer service. For this reason, we have partnered with TXT to carry out our entire process of delivery and tracking of material and equipment in a safe, fast and efficient manner.

The delivery times of our products are calculated from the moment of payment of the order. At that time, our team will prepare each of the packages personally and carefully in the following hours, so that the TXT transport team can subsequently carry out their work correctly. The entire process until delivery usually takes between 48h and 72h, however, in some hard-to-reach locations it may take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated together with our partner TXT, to establish a weight-volume ratio for each item, favouring precision in the calculation of amounts to meet the particularities of each product and always guarantee the best possible shipping price.

Orders for multiple items may be received in separate shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

All purchases made through our website are confirmed via email by the brand and verified by our partner TXT, who will automatically send the customer an email tracking the order at the time of collection from our warehouses.

If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and contact the customer to arrange a new delivery date in the territories of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

For the rest of the countries of the European Union, an attempt will be made to deliver to the address provided by the customer. In case of absence, the package will be taken to the nearest service point.

If the customer wishes to change the delivery address prior to delivery, they must request this by writing an email to info@givemefit.com . This change will be exempt from additional costs as long as it is the same postal code.

When the carrier delivers the order please make sure to check that:

-The number of packages matches the order placed. If not, this must be stated on the delivery note before signing the delivery to the carrier.

- The packaging does not show signs of deformation or impact. If you notice any signs of this, please indicate any signs on the delivery note and inform us.

By default, the delivery conditions and shipping costs for our largest and heaviest products cover curbside delivery.
