Introducing the Olympic Bar from the GiveMeFit brand! A type of bar used in weightlifting and strength training . We recommend that you use it first without added weight, to improve the technique of multi-joint exercises such as a squat or a deadlift and gradually progress in the load.

The main feature of this bar is that it is made with a pleasant, textured surface to improve grip when performing exercises with heavy weights.

Characteristics:

• Material: High strength steel. Chrome finish.

• For loading Olympic discs, bumpers or similar 51 mm discs.

• Available sizes: 1.50m / 1.80m.

• Does not include disc stops.

• Sold by unit.

• Maximum supported weight "PSM":

• 1.50 m PSM: 150 kg.

• 1.80 m PSM: 200 kg.
