The " Ziva " brand Air Step is a training equipment designed to improve balance, stability and muscle strength. It has a non-slip surface , which provides a secure grip during exercises.
The main feature of this element is that it includes its own inflator , since it consists of two useful bases ; one of the bases is a half sphere filled with air designed for instability and resistance work, performing exercises such as lunges or steps ups . The opposite side of the air step is made up of a rigid and stable platform that allows you to work on the softest part, allowing the user to perform countless exercises such as abdominal planks or squats, significantly reducing joint impacts and adding extra difficulty.
