The " GiveMeFit " brand Roman Bar is designed to obtain maximum comfort during biceps , triceps , chest and back exercises in which we want to work with a neutral grip . Our hands face each other, eliminating movement restrictions and discomfort during the course of the exercise.

Ideal for exercises such as hammer biceps, triceps or french press!

Characteristics:

• Chrome bar, made of high-strength steel. The steel undergoes a chrome plating process, where a layer of chrome is applied to the surface of the bar. The chrome coating not only enhances the aesthetic appearance of the bar, but also provides protection against corrosion and wear.

• Specific design to avoid discomfort in the joints.

• Does not include disc stops.
