The  main feature of this  bar is that it is made of  high-strength steel, which  allows it to support heavy loads completely safely. The bar measures 2 meters and weighs 15 kg. It features a 25 mm grip zone, slightly smaller than the 2.20-meter bar, making it easier to handle and move. In addition, it incorporates 4 bearings for the weight loading area. Bearings are mechanical components that allow the sleeves to spin smoothly around the central shaft of the bar. They are designed to reduce friction between the sleeves and the bar body, which  facilitates the movement and rotation of the weight plates during lifting.

The  bearings of the weight bars  determine their rotational capacity in the sleeves. It is important to be clear about the type of use you will give the bar, as in the event that you are going to work on  specific CrossFit or Weightlifting movements such as clean and jerk, snatch, or power cleans, you need a bar with bearings so that the rotational forces of the loads involved in the movement are dissipated through the bearings and do not directly affect your joints.
